Passion Cocoa

 Paolo Devoti, born in 1961, in this interview conducted in 2012, speaks of Passion Cocoa. This is a chocolate workshop  that was opened in 2004 on the outskirts of Milan by Paolo Devoti after several experiences around the world as a cook. The workshop selects the highest quality ingredients, succeeding in creating handmade products in the true sense of the word. 
The laboratory consists of two people united by a common passion passion for chocolate: Paolo, who makes delicious chocolaty, and his wife Elena, a designer. 
The making of bars and other products startS with a careful selection of cocoa beans and combined them with other ingridients such as coffee, raisins, smoked chestnuts, pumpkin seeds, raspberries. Paolo and his products can be found in Milan's Market of Earth, the first and third Saturday of every month but August.
